The Pilatus PC-12 NGX is the third major PC-12 generation and can be evaluated for charter with a redesigned executive interior, electronic engine and propeller control, autothrottle and updated Honeywell avionics. Its large cargo door, broad cabin and field capability support regional, resort and remote-airport planning, while single-engine commercial policy and airport suitability remain operator- and jurisdiction-specific.
Why the Pilatus PC-12 NGX remains a charter consideration
Pilatus certified the PC-12 NGX on October 14, 2019 and began customer deliveries in the second quarter of 2020, introducing the PT6E-67XP, electronic propeller and engine control, larger windows and BMW Designworks cabin. PC-12 PRO deliveries began in Europe and Australia in 2025 and reached the first United States customer in November 2025, establishing the NGX as a completed 2020–2025 production generation without changing the in-service status of existing NGX charter aircraft.
Variant note. The NGX is a certified, in-service 2020–2025 generation and is distinct from both the earlier PC-12 NG and current-production PC-12 PRO; PRO Garmin cockpit and Autoland features are not assigned to an NGX.

Inside the Pilatus PC-12 NGX
The PC-12 NGX supports six-seat executive, six-plus-two, four-plus-four and commuter configurations, with Pilatus listing up to ten passengers plus one pilot in an approved high-density arrangement. Its 330-cubic-foot cabin measures 16 feet 11 inches long, 5 feet wide and 4 feet 10 inches high, with ten-percent-larger windows, fully reclining executive seats that can form flat sleeping surfaces, worktables, fine-material cabinetry and optional connectivity for productivity or rest. A fixed refreshment center is not universal, so catering and beverage stowage must be confirmed on the proposed tail. The 40-cubic-foot pressurized baggage area and standard 4-foot-5-inch-wide cargo door accommodate bulky luggage, subject to layout, restraints and balance.

Pilatus PC-12 NGX range, cruise speed and flight deck
Pilatus publishes 290 KTAS maximum cruise, 1,803 nautical miles with four passengers and 1,568 nautical miles with six passengers, using NBAA IFR reserves, a 100-nautical-mile alternate, long-range cruise, ISA conditions, flight level 300 and single-pilot executive configuration. The PT6E-67XP provides 1,200 shaft horsepower through electronic propeller and engine control and a five-blade propeller with a low-speed mode, while the Honeywell-based Advanced Cockpit Environment adds autothrottle, touchscreen control and protection functions; actual charter planning remains with the direct carrier.
- Range reference
- 1,568 nm with six passengers; up to 1,803 nm with four passengers

- Engines and efficiency context
- One Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6E-67XP turboprop with electronic propeller and engine control, rated at 1,200 shp for takeoff
- Installed engine standard, thrust setting, altitude, payload and cruise profile determine fuel burn; the model-level engine identity is not a trip fuel-consumption guarantee.
- Avionics
- Honeywell-based Advanced Cockpit Environment with touchscreen controller, digital autothrottle, synthetic vision and protection functions
- Aerodynamic design
- Low wing with five-blade propeller and low-speed mode; landing-gear and high-lift details require model documentation

Is the Pilatus PC-12 NGX right for your charter?
The PC-12 NGX can fit executive teams, families and outdoor or resort travel seeking a newer cabin and the ability to carry awkward baggage into selected short or unpaved airports. Jet Partners keeps NGX charter quote-only and will require a licensed direct carrier to verify the actual NGX, crew and single-engine passenger approval, seating, cargo dimensions, runway or surface authorization, weather, amenities and written terms before booking.
Jet Partners compares trip-specific proposals as an air charter broker.
