How Jet Partners collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our services.
Information you submit may include your name, email address, phone number, requested itinerary, passenger count, aircraft preference, Empty Leg interest, Jet Card interest, and communications with our team. If you submit a quote request through the Jet Partners ChatGPT app, we receive only the details you confirm on the request card, and we handle them in the same way as a request submitted on our website.
While analytics measurement is on (by default in the United States, or after you accept it elsewhere), we may process landing page, referring-site origin, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, a per-tab session identifier, and allowlisted site interaction events. Form security may separately process IP-derived request data and browser headers.
We use information to respond to inquiries, source and prepare charter options, record aircraft preferences, support customer service, prevent abuse, measure acquisition performance, maintain records, and meet legal or operational obligations.
To handle a request, information may be processed in our Supabase lead records and Zoho CRM and shared with Avinode, air carriers, operators, handling providers, or other service partners as needed to evaluate or deliver the requested service.
Our site uses Vercel hosting and performance measurement and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement follow the choices described under Cookies, analytics, and ad measurement. Zoho SalesIQ loads only when a visitor requests live chat. These providers process data under their own terms.
The analytics choice is stored in the browser so the site can respect it. While analytics measurement is on, campaign and first-touch attribution may be kept in browser session storage for the current tab. Business records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for service, security, recordkeeping, dispute, and legal purposes; retention periods vary by record type.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of ad measurement for that browser. When ad measurement is off, we do not store ad click identifiers or attach them to your request.
Outside the United States, analytics and ad measurement stay off unless you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. When either is off, the site may still send Google limited signals without cookies or ad click identifiers, which Google uses to estimate aggregate results.
Outside the United States, Google Analytics is disabled until you select Accept analytics, except for the limited cookieless signals described above. With analytics alone, the site sends pathname-only page views and strictly allowlisted interaction events. Contact details, customer-entered itinerary values, prices, and free-text labels are excluded.
Outside the United States, advertising storage and advertising user data remain denied unless you separately select Accept analytics + ads measurement. That choice permits validated Google advertising click identifiers and campaign tags in measurement page URLs so Google can attribute successful requests to ads. Ad-personalization consent remains denied. Declining or opting out stops Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies and ad click identifiers. Withdrawing consent stops further events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and campaign attribution stored by this site.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access. Lead forms use source validation, rate limits, honeypot fields, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification in production. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not submit payment-card data, passport details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless a Jet Partners representative provides an approved secure process.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing. We may need information to verify the requester and may retain records where law or legitimate operational requirements permit.
You can accept, decline, or change optional analytics at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing the site, requesting a quote, or contacting Jet Partners. Browser and device controls provide additional choices.
The website and charter services are not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal information through a general inquiry form unless it is necessary for an authorized travel request and you are permitted to provide it.
Links, embedded viewers, maps, chat tools, and third-party services may be governed by separate privacy notices. Jet Partners may update this notice when the implemented data flow or legal requirements change.
