Safety-first, always.
Every itinerary starts with standards. Our process is designed to support safe, reliable travel with clear communication from quote to arrival.
Our approach
Vetted operators
Every operator undergoes multi-point screening including ARGUS ratings, Wyvern certifications, FAA compliance history, and insurance verification before joining our network.
Maintenance standards
Aircraft selection considers maintenance status, operator oversight, and operational readiness. We verify current inspections, airworthiness directives, and engine program enrollment.
Crew experience
Trip planning accounts for crew qualifications, duty time limits, and mission complexity. Pilots must meet minimum total flight hours and type-specific experience requirements.
Real-time monitoring
Our operations team monitors every flight from departure to arrival, tracking weather, NOTAMs, and airspace restrictions to ensure the safest routing.
Transparent reporting
Clients receive operator safety profiles on request, including audit ratings, fleet age, and incident history — no hidden information.
Insurance coverage
All charter flights carry comprehensive liability insurance meeting or exceeding industry minimums, with coverage details available before booking.
How we vet every flight
Before any aircraft enters our network, our safety team conducts a thorough review of the operator's credentials. This includes verifying ARGUS and Wyvern ratings, reviewing FAA Part 135 certification status, confirming insurance minimums, and evaluating the operator's safety management system.
Once approved, operators are subject to ongoing monitoring. We track FAA enforcement actions, audit rating changes, and incident reports. If an operator's status changes, they are immediately flagged for review and may be removed from our network.
For every trip, our operations team matches the mission profile — distance, passenger count, runway requirements, weather conditions — with the most suitable aircraft and crew. We do not compromise on crew rest rules, and we always plan for adequate fuel reserves and alternate airports.
