List the passenger count, baggage quantity and dimensions, and any animal-travel requirements that affect aircraft fit.
Assistance and equipment needs

Questions about this request
Can I request a private jet at the last minute?
Yes. Jet Partners can accept a short-notice request and coordinate a mission-specific search. Aircraft availability, carrier acceptance, crew, airports, weather, and timing still have to be evaluated, so a request does not promise a departure.
How quickly can a last-minute charter be confirmed?
There is no universal confirmation time. Timing depends on the route, aircraft position, carrier and crew readiness, airport access, passenger requirements, and how quickly the proposed trip and written terms can be reviewed. Jet Partners does not publish a blanket response or departure promise.
Is a charter quote the same as a confirmed aircraft?
No. A quote or presented option is not confirmed transportation. Confirmation requires acceptance of the identified direct air carrier, aircraft, itinerary, price, payment, passenger requirements, and written contract terms.
Can using a nearby airport help a short-notice request?
It may create additional options, but only when the alternate works for the ground itinerary and a prospective direct air carrier confirms the aircraft and airport plan. Airport flexibility does not assure availability.
Can special assistance be arranged on short notice?
A request can be evaluated case by case. Share the assistance, mobility device, service-animal, or medical-equipment details as early as possible. The selected direct air carrier, specific aircraft, airport support, and any equipment arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Does Jet Partners operate last-minute charter flights?
No. Jet Partners coordinates the charter request and does not operate or control the aircraft. The licensed direct air carrier identified in the written proposal operates the flight and makes the final safety and operational decisions.
