The Beechcraft King Air 360 is the current-production flagship of the standard King Air line, combining the stretched B300 cabin with digital pressurization, autothrottle and contemporary Pro Line Fusion avionics. It is relevant for larger regional charter groups that need cabin length, baggage space and airport flexibility.
However, the standard 360 and extended-range 360ER have different loading and trip assumptions and must be identified separately.
Why the King Air 360 remains a charter consideration
Textron announced and certified the King Air 360 in 2020, delivering the first retail aircraft and placing the model into service on November 12 of that year.
It succeeds the King Air 350i while retaining the B300 type foundation and PT6A-60A power, adding a redesigned interior, lower cabin altitude at the certified ceiling, digital pressurization and full-regime ThrustSense autothrottle rather than changing every core airframe dimension.
Variant note. This profile uses standard King Air 360 figures. The 360ER carries extended-range and special-mission differences and must not inherit the standard model's payload assumptions without carrier analysis.
Overview and production sources

Inside the King Air 360
The 360 is commonly configured for eight or nine executive passengers within an eleven-occupant manufacturer limit, using double-club or mixed seating, pull-out worktables, a forward refreshment area and a private aft lavatory.
Its approximately 356-cubic-foot square-oval cabin measures 19 feet 6 inches long, 4 feet 6 inches wide and 4 feet 9 inches high, with 71.3 cubic feet of baggage capacity and extra windows created by the stretched B300 fuselage. CoolView windows, USB charging, power outlets, ground-capable electric cooling on later aircraft and upgraded cabinetry support productive or leisure travel. Wi-Fi remains tail-specific.

King Air 360 range, cruise speed and flight deck
Textron publishes maximum cruise of 312 KTAS and maximum range of 1,806 nautical miles, with range based on a long-range-cruise ferry trip using NBAA IFR reserves and a 100-nautical-mile alternate rather than a full charter payload. Two PT6A-60A engines, winglets, four-blade reversible propellers, the low wing and T-tail support the platform.
Collins Pro Line Fusion, digital pressurization and ThrustSense autothrottle reduce crew workload. The carrier must still calculate the actual itinerary.
