Questions about this request
Can the same aircraft remain with us for the full multi-city trip?
That can be included as a preference. The proposed direct carrier must confirm the aircraft assignment, itinerary, schedule, and operating feasibility. If one aircraft is not offered for the full trip, Jet Partners can coordinate leg-specific proposals for comparison.
Can passengers join or leave during a multi-city itinerary?
Yes. Provide the passenger count, manifest timing, baggage, and service needs for every leg. The direct carrier confirms the usable aircraft configuration and passenger requirements for each flight.
What happens if a meeting or destination changes?
Request a written revision. Aircraft and carrier availability, positioning, airports, schedule, total price, fees, and change or cancellation charges may differ from the original terms. The accepted agreement and direct carrier's terms control.
How is a multi-city charter price determined?
There is no universal multi-city rate. A written proposal reflects the complete itinerary, aircraft and direct carrier offered, positioning, airports, schedule, waiting or overnight requirements, taxes, fees, ground services, and requested support.
Does Jet Partners operate multi-city charter flights?
No. Jet Partners coordinates the charter request and does not operate or control the aircraft. The licensed direct air carrier identified in the written proposal operates the flight and makes the final safety and operational decisions.
