No. Jet Partners does not own or operate a backup fleet and does not guarantee replacement availability. It can coordinate trip-specific proposals from licensed direct air carriers. An aircraft, carrier, schedule, and price are confirmed only through the applicable written terms.
Can Jet Partners work with an existing flight department or travel team?
Yes. The flight department or travel team can provide the mission, company policy, documentation standards, approval path, and communication contacts. Jet Partners can use those requirements when coordinating proposals, while the identified direct carrier retains operational control.
Can we request carrier, aircraft, crew, and insurance information?
Yes. Jet Partners can request available information connected to the proposed trip and distinguish what was reviewed from what remains subject to confirmation. Carrier authority, aircraft assignment, crew assignment, insurance evidence, and third-party information are separate questions tied to the proposal.
Will the supplemental aircraft match our usual aircraft?
You can request a similar cabin or aircraft category. An exact model, layout, schedule or service level is not promised before a direct carrier responds. Check the offered seats, baggage space and cabin. Then compare the airports, route and written terms with your trip needs.
Does Jet Partners operate supplemental charter flights?
No. Jet Partners coordinates the charter request and does not operate or control the aircraft. The licensed direct air carrier identified in the written proposal operates the flight and makes the final safety and operational decisions.
