2026 status: G650 and G650ER are charter aircraft, not current new-build models
As checked on August 11, 2026, Gulfstream’s current lineup lists the G800, G700, G600, G500, G400, and G300; the G650 and G650ER are no longer on that lineup. This does not diminish the aircraft’s mission relevance. It changes the buying language. Availability, configuration, maintenance status, operator, and positioning now matter more than selecting a new production slot. The range figures are theoretical values under stated assumptions. Passenger load, baggage, winds, routing, alternates, runway conditions, and operating margins decide the real mission. A G650ER’s extra published range can matter, but it never eliminates the need for trip-specific planning.
What the G650 cabin is right for
Gulfstream publishes a maximum capacity of up to 19 passengers, sleeping for up to 10, and up to four living areas.
