It also recorded an important limitation: willingness to pay did not create an aircraft, crew, airport slot, or operable route when those resources were unavailable.
A request is not a confirmed evacuation plan
During a severe-weather event, aircraft position, crew duty, airport status, fuel, weather, routing, and direct-carrier acceptance can change quickly. An inquiry or preliminary quote does not confirm transportation. A traveler should rely only on written confirmation and should maintain emergency plans based on current instructions from public authorities.
Earlier planning can improve the review window
Submitting complete details earlier may give a broker more time to check options, but it cannot guarantee availability, departure, or a particular price. Every proposal remains itinerary-specific, and the proposed direct carrier determines whether it can accept and operate the flight.
