Archive note: This page analyzed a same-day itinerary for the May 2, 2015 Kentucky Derby and Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. Event schedules, tickets, airline fares, hotel prices, airport conditions, and aircraft options from that date are historical.
The original scenario asked whether a traveler could attend events in Louisville and Las Vegas on the same day. A timetable on paper does not guarantee that a charter can be accepted or that a passenger will reach a venue before an event begins.[

What a current same-day event plan must include
- Official event times and realistic entry and exit windows.
- Ground transfers, security, traffic, and time at each airport.
- Proposed aircraft, direct carrier, route, stops, crew duty, and estimated block time.
- Weather, air traffic, airport hours, parking, slots, and event procedures.
- A contingency if either flight or ground segment changes.
The historical public ticket, hotel, airline, and charter timing figures have been removed because they do not describe a current market or provide a dependable operating plan. Jet Partners acts as an air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295, not as a direct air carrier, and does not exercise operational control. Any current proposal must identify the properly licensed direct air carrier, aircraft, itinerary, pricing, fees, and terms. Request a current event-travel proposal.
