Fixed-base operators can offer lounges, food, conference space, ground transportation, and other passenger services in addition to aircraft handling. The available facilities vary by airport, FBO, date, and operating arrangement. A photograph or historical newsletter mention should not be treated as confirmation that a particular amenity will be accessible for a future trip.
When an FBO feature matters to an itinerary, ask for the current location, hours, eligibility, reservation requirements, fees, and accessibility information. The flight's aircraft, direct carrier, airport, handling, and operating plan must also be confirmed separately in writing.
