This archived newsletter note records a September 2024 visit with flyExclusive. The discussion helped the Jet Partners team better understand how that direct carrier described its fleet operations, dispatch, crew, and customer-service processes at the time.

Jet Partners acts as a charter services arranger under 14 CFR Part 295. A charter arranger visit or business relationship does not guarantee that a carrier, aircraft, or schedule will be offered for a future trip. When a proposal is accepted, the properly licensed direct air carrier identified for that itinerary operates the flight and retains operational control, including aircraft and crew assignment, maintenance, routing, weather acceptance, and the decision to operate.
