Q: What are the safety requirements for the aircraft provided in the Jet Partners Membership program?

A: Approved operators must hold an ARG/US Platinum or Gold Safety rating and pass a TripCheq or Wyvern Pass report before each flight. ARG/US and Wyvern are worldwide leaders in performing on-site safety audits for corporate flight departments and charter operators.

Q: Is fuel, landing and ramp fees included?

A: Yes, the hourly rate includes fuel, landing and ramp fees.

Q: How many passengers are guaranteed in each category?

A: Light jets – six passengers, Mid-size jets – seven passengers, Supermid- jets – eight passengers, Heavy jets – nine passengers.

Q: How much luggage can I travel with?

A: Each aircraft has different size luggage compartments. Please note the possible constraints on the ability of aircraft to carry excessive luggage. If you are traveling with excessive luggage such as golf bags, ski equipment or any other large items, please notify your trip manager at Jet Partners.

Q: Is the Jet Partners card refundable?

A: In order to provide access to our competitive rates with first rights to our empty legs, the cardholder’s deposit is not refundable.

Q: Does the card expire?

A: Jet Partners Jet Cards are valid for two years from the date or purchase. If the client elects to purchase a new Jet Card, the hours from a previously purchased Jet Card may be carried over at Jet Partners discretion.

Q: How long is my rate guaranteed?

A: Jet Partners guarantees rates for one year from the purchase date of any Jet Card program after which rates may be adjusted to conform with changes in market conditions and fuel prices.

Q: How do I arrange my private flights?

A: To book a flight you call your direct trip manager at Jet Partners or 1-866-235-2852 (24/7). Please make sure you have the departure city, arrival city, dates, times and full names of all passengers traveling.
