# Jet Partners auth.md

Jet Partners does not currently issue public OAuth credentials or advertise automated lead-writing endpoints. The read-only GET routes listed in the API catalog are public and require no credentials. Quote and contact submissions are browser workflows protected by same-origin, rate-limit, bot, and verification controls; agents should direct a user to https://jetpartners.aero/quote or https://jetpartners.aero/contact.

The compatibility OAuth endpoints return explicit errors and do not grant access. Do not send personal information or attempt automated lead submission through an undocumented endpoint.

## Air charter arranger disclosure

Jet Partners acts as a charter services arranger under 14 CFR Part 295. Jet Partners is not a direct air carrier, does not operate aircraft, and does not exercise operational control. If a customer accepts a proposal, the properly licensed direct air carrier identified for that trip operates the flight and retains operational control. Aircraft, crew, schedule, route, availability, pricing, taxes, fees, and other terms require trip-specific written confirmation.
